Ethics

In today’s uncertain world, where security, climate, social and economic stability challenges increasingly overlap, we believe that technology must serve humanity, the environment and society.

Our mission is rooted in the conviction that today, credible defense, transnational and allied cooperation together with solidarity are essential to deterring and countering aggression, ultimately saving lives, and building resilience in times of crisis and disaster.

We have learned these lessons on our lands the hard way, in the first and second world wars and their aftermath as well as during the wars that reshaped former Yugoslavia.

We design and develop advanced dual-use autonomous and semi-autonomous systems that strengthen defense capabilities while also providing critical value in civil protection, environmental monitoring, and disaster response.

From communications and sensing platforms to integrated systems on land, sea, air and space, our technologies are built with one goal: to gain insight into our world, to protect life, property, critical infrastructure and ecologies to promote stability through deterrence with structural systemic approaches.

All our activities strictly comply with Regulation (EU) 2021/821 on the control of dual-use items, ensuring transparency, accountability, and ethical responsibility throughout our research, production, and partnerships. Our approach follows the EU Ethics Guidelines for Trustworthy AI and Autonomous Systems, emphasizing human oversight, safety, and respect for fundamental rights, including privacy.

We view dual-use innovation as a bridge between defense, science, and society. Every system we create is developed with the ultimate aim of transitioning to scientific, commercial and civilian applications, supporting a sustainable economy, advancing research, and improving society and quality of life.

Through responsible innovation and international collaboration, we strive to ensure that our technologies contribute to a safer, more cooperative, and more resilient world, where technologies serve people, deterrence, progress and peace.
